Process:
First I had to cut the center out of each container and lid- except for the very bottom and the very top. I had to cut each one a bit bigger than the hole it was going over so that they could be glued together. In the lid I cut a rectangle hole large enough for cards to slide in. I used the x-acto knife to smooth out the cut out. Then I took the Krazy Glue and glued each tier together.
I started painting it. Two coats on each tier. It was a little harder because I had already glued the lids to the bottoms. I would recommend that you glue everything together AFTER you paint. After I painted the whole thing, I took a tiny handful of glitter and sprinkled it on the lid.
